OnsiteBIM is an online BIM platform for integrated project delivery, focused on modular construction. It connects the manufacturers of modular building systems with its customers anywhere in the world, helping to increase the efficiency of the entire business process.

We develop web solutions aimed at optimizing processes across the value chain of modular and industrialized construction projects. Working with suppliers and manufacturers of these building systems, we implement their products on the platform and enable all the stakeholders to develop any project collaboratively. OnsiteBIM is commercialized as "software as a service" (SaaS). We offer diverse tools aimed at supporting the various stages of the process: from the initial design phase, allowing customers to develop their project through a simple and intuitive 3D interface (resulting in a reduction of resources destined by the manufacturer for the realization of offers), to the construction and subsequent maintenance of the building, by use of different management tools integrated on the platform.
